What we collect

Only what we need to discuss and run your project:

  • what you send us on WhatsApp, such as your name, number and messages
  • the strategy details and documents you share with us
  • the broker API details you add to your Tickwork account, so your algo can place orders
  • the trading records of your algo: orders, positions and logs on your server

How we use it

To reply to you, to build, test, run and support your algo, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your strategy for anyone else.

Who can see it

Only the people working on your project. Service providers we depend on, such as our cloud hosting provider, store data on our behalf. Your broker receives the orders your algo sends. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

This website

This website does not use advertising cookies. If you sign in, your browser keeps the information needed to keep you signed in. The contact form does not send anything to us: it opens WhatsApp with your message, and you choose whether to send it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your information while we work together and for as long as the law or a dispute requires afterwards. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 79720 96337.
