Stop the algo or exit every open position at any time, from your desktop or your phone.
A record of every order
Every order the algo sends is logged, so anything can be checked later.
Access kept small
Only the people working on your strategy can see it.
Your part
- Add your broker API details and login keys only inside your own Tickwork account
- Never send them to anyone by chat or email, including us
- Keep two-factor login switched on for your broker account
- Tell us straight away if you change your API keys or your broker details
- Check your broker’s contract notes as you normally would
